Gradusnik is a city platform for Kharkiv. Most of it is a website rather than an API, but the endpoints below are stable and documented. All responses are UTF-8 JSON.
Discovery
The home page returns an RFC 8288 Link header advertising both this page and the machine-readable catalog:

https://gradusnik.live/api serves an RFC 9727 API catalog as a linkset (application/linkset+json), listing every endpoint on this page with its documentation anchor.
Weather
GET /api/weather
Current conditions for Kharkiv. Public, unauthenticated, no rate limit beyond the CDN cache. Cached for 10 minutes (s-maxage=600, stale-while-revalidate=1200).

Everything else
Content lives at /sitemap.xml; crawler rules at /robots.txt; a summary of the site for language models at /llms.txt. Posts, profiles and venues are served as HTML pages, not as an API. If you need structured access to them, open an issue rather than scraping — the schema changes.
